Master’s degree

The Master’s degree is the second educational and qualification degree in higher education.

The admission for all specialties in the educational and qualification degree “Master” is done with an exam in the form of a test on paper or an electronic exam.

Depending on the professional field in which the bachelor’s degree diploma is, the candidates have to complete a test for economists or non-economists in a paper or electronic form.

The admission threshold is calculated from the fallowing two grades:

  • The grade from the higher education diploma (that is grade is an arithmetic mean of the average grade of from all discipline that were included in the curriculum and the average grade from the state exam/ defence of a thesis grade);
  • The grade from the “master’s” admission exam.

IIPTT offers the following specialties in the educational and qualification degree “Master”:

For a regular form of education:

  • Specialty “Intellectual property and business” – 2 semesters

For an individual form of education

  • Specialty “Creative industries and business” with a specialization in “Intellectual property and business in the industry” – 2 semesters
  • Specialty “Creative industries and business” with a specialization in “Intellectual property and business in the culture” - semesters

If you are in your last year of you Bachelor’s degree program you can participate in the preliminary Master’s degree admission even before you have finished the semester and/or have passed your state exam/defended your thesis. If you successfully pass your preliminary exam and after you graduate as a bachelor, you can participate with the grade from the preliminary exam in the qualifications for a master’s program without the need to pass the regular exam for the same master’s admission campaign.
