Valuation of IP

The valuation of the intellectual property you own is needed in order to conduct correct accounting (inclusion as part of the fixed intangible assets of the company), when the IP is the subject of a transaction, for the purposes of in-kind contribution and inclusion as part of the company's capital, as well as in many other cases.

Very often the valuation of intangible assets is necessary for banks to provide loans and / or bank guarantees; in disputes over co-ownership of industrial property rights and copyright disputes; as well as in disputes over determining royalties - "fair royalties"; in determining the size of the respective share on patents for inventions and registered utility models; when determining remuneration, compensation or license deduction, as well as when concluding licensing agreements.
